Contains all the paragraphs extracted (parsed) from the RFP document.
Each paragraph will have its source page number and paragraph number notated in cell comment tags.
Paragraphs within the same number section (e.g., 2.3) normally will be automatically split into a separate parsed segment, denoted as with a “-” incremental number (e.g., 2.3.-1). This ensures easier tracking to the parent paragraph.
