A Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) is a secure room or data center where sensitive military and security information can be stored, discussed, and electronically processed. SCIFs are required for government-classified SCI programs.
Proposal Quick Start (PQS) was designed to be also installed within a SCIF.
1. Click the 'Account' menu near the left-bottom corner of PQS.
2. Check the checkbox 'Use inside a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF)', in the Account window.
3. Close the Account window.
4. The 'FAR Import' button will now be shown.
5. Click on the 'FAR Import' button to upload the FAR DITA zip file or select FAR DITA files to import to PQS.
