𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗚𝗮𝗽 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝗶𝘀 (𝗥𝗚𝗔) 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗔𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗔𝗜'𝘀 𝗕𝗶𝗴𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗙𝗹𝗮𝘄𝘀
The RGA is purpose-built to find the two types of errors that Generative AI is most likely to make in a proposal:
𝗔. 𝗜𝘁 𝗖𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀 "𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘂𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀" 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗢𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 (𝗧𝗵𝗲 "𝗢𝗿𝗽𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁")
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗔𝗜 𝗙𝗹𝗮𝘄:
When you ask an AI to "write a response to Section 3.1," it will summarize the section and write a plausible answer.
In this process, it can easily 𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀 𝗮 𝘀𝘂𝗯𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗯-𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 or 𝗼𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝗮 𝗰𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗚𝗔 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
The RGA's "𝗢𝗿𝗽𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁" performs a meticulous, deterministic scan of the RFP. It will instantly flag any requirement, no matter how small, that has no corresponding response in your AI-generated draft.
This is your safety net against AI's tendency to summarize and omit.
𝗕. 𝗜𝘁 𝗖𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝘀 "𝗪𝗲𝗮𝗸" 𝗮𝗻𝗱 "𝗠𝗶𝘀𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱" 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 (𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗗𝗩𝗦 𝗔𝗹𝗴𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗺)
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗔𝗜 𝗙𝗹𝗮𝘄:
This is the most dangerous risk. An AI can produce a beautifully written, 100% confident-sounding paragraph that is 𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘄𝗲𝗮𝗸 or 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝘅𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗺𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗱 with the RFP's specific, nuanced requirement.
It might be a great general answer, but it's the wrong answer for this specific question.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗚𝗔 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: The RGA's proprietary 𝗕𝗗𝗩𝗦 𝗮𝗹𝗴𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗺 doesn't just check if an answer exists; it analyzes the meaning and relevance of that answer. It reads both the requirement and your AI-generated response and flags it as a "Weak Match" if the semantic connection is poor. This gives your team a clear, actionable signal to review and rewrite the AI's "plausible but wrong" content.
𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 "𝗔𝗜 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗸"
Using Generative AI without a final, deterministic validation check is like having a brilliant but reckless co-writer submit the final draft without your review. You are gambling that it didn't miss or misunderstand anything.
The Requirements Gap Analysis (RGA) provides that essential safety net. It systematically identifies any missing or weakly matched content, allowing your team to focus their review efforts where they are most needed. In the high-stakes world of proposal writing, this final check can be the difference between winning and losing a contract.
